Trinidad and Tobago’s Under 20 women’s team secured a 3-0 victory over Dominican Republic in their Caribbean Football Union U-20 qualifier at the Estadion Panamericano in San Cristobal on Tuesday evening.

Goals by Shanisa Camejo in the 38th, Shenelle Henry in the 45th and Patrice Campbell seven minutes in to the second half sealed the victory for the visitors.

Trinidad and Tobago head coach Stephen Hart says settling into a good stride in the early moments will be key to this country’s chances of achieving a good opening result against El Salvador in Monday’s 201 CONCACAF Gold Cup opener against El Salvador.

T&T, under the watchful eyes of head coach Stephen Hart and Director of Football Leo Beenhakker, played a scrimmage against local Fort Lauderdale club Plantation Florida  at the Lockhart Stadium on Thursday evening, coming away 2-1 winners. Goals from Orlando City midfielder Kevin Molino and Cornell Glen in the 67th and 80th minutes respectively gave T&T the win.

Trinidad and Tobago Senior Men’s Team head coach Stephen Hart has finalized a 23-man squad for the upcoming 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Hart disclosed his selection to the players who had been engaged in a training camp for the past few days on Thursday evening.

He said he was satisfied that the squad was a balanced one.
